?folliculitis: These may be pustules caused by staphylloccus bacteria which colonize on your skin. If this is the problem, a course of potent antistaphylloccal antibiotic like dicloxacillin(if you're not allergic to penicillins) is required to clear this condition. For single pustules, use warm compresses and sterilize the surrounding skin(but not on the pustule) with rubbing alcohol. Use Bacitracin on boil.
