Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever: Measles is caused by a virus and the baby does not need any antibiotics. For fever and pain you can use tylenol (acetaminophen) drops, extra fluids to prevent dehydration , follow up with your pediatrician and if there are complications get them treated. The rash will fade gradually and infant will recover.
