Shift jobs: Working in a job with frequent shift changes can be quite hard on one's health. People tend to eat poorly, and gain weight, have sleep problems. Fatigue. Try and get a good 6-8 hours of sleep. Avoid junk and fast food- pack your lunch from home. Try to see if you can stay on the same shift for as long as possible, if you can control this at all.
