Too many symtoms...: ... And no medical history. Without a thorough examination with possible blood work, it is so difficult to have anyone over the internet accurately diagnose your problem(s). Have a physician examine you, since falling from a roof while dizzy can have serious consequences.

See a physician asap: Please see a physician as soon as possible. It sounds like you have more than one symptom that if left untreated will result in even bigger problems for you. If necessary, go to a 24\7 urgent medical care facility or the emergency room of a hospital.
