See below: This can be a number of things, but the question is what occurred to make you worried that you have an amoeba in your nose. The best thing to do is too see your primary to put your mind at ease.

Unlikely: There many common problems that can cause this like a dry nose, a mild infection in the nostril, or a pimple in the nasal vestibular area. An amoeba is very unlikely . See an ENT to evaluate this problem.
