Good nutrition: Height potential is not easy to predict. Many boys keep growing even after age 18 or 20. The very best thing to make sure a person reaches their height potential is to eat a well balanced diet and not skip any food groups. Also, taking in sufficient calories to fuel the body for the amount of exercise done is essential.
