I had a medisic knee repair 1 yr ago and since then i have been in constant pain can't do the simplest thing do u think i could get knee replacement?

See below: You need the advice of a god orthopedic surgeon in my opinion if you have had physical therapy without help it is time for surgery.

Ortho evaluation: Pain after meniscus surgery does not necessarily mean that knee replacement is needed. Evaluation by an orthopedist, and probable repeat MRI will be needed, unless the knee arthritis has progressed significantly. Repeat knee arthroscopy, injections, PT, or even partial knee replacement may be options before full knee replacement. Evaluation by ortho required.
