See a foot doc: Or dermatologist who can remove the remainder of the blood if there is any. If there is no remaining blood an xray may be in order to see if you broke the toe. If the digit is infected pharos an antibiotic is in order.

See below: It sounds like you have a subungual hematoma. Blood under the nail. Try soaking it in hydrogen peroxide to get the blood out and relieve the pressure. If this is not successful see a podiatrist.
