Can't be predicted: Ovulation can occur at any time during the cycle, especially if your cycles are irregular. Please use protection if you do not wish to be pregnant. See your healthcare provider for options for contraception..

Ovulation: Women with regular cycles, have a surge in lh hormone levels that matures and ovulates (releases) the egg 24 - 48 hours later. This is the time you can get pregnant. If the egg isn't fertilized, your period comes ~14 days after ovulation. In women with irregular cycles it's harder to predict when ovulation occurs.
