Hi, i had sex with 2 guys. the first day of my last period was feb 1st (cycle length max 28 days irregular) and i had sex with guy "a" on feb 12th and with guy b on feb 16th and 17th. if women ovulate on the 14th day, should be the guy a the father?

You are correct that with a 28 day cycle, ovulation would be expected on day 14, but you cannot be certain that will be the case with your current cycle. While the father is more likely guy A, genetic testing of the baby would be required to be absolutely certain.
