A member asked:

Is it possible that, after 2 periods 9 days apart i ovulated at a different time than the normal 8 days after last per day? now have preg/pms symptoms

Yes: If you had “two periods” i.e. two 4-5 day episodes of bleeding 9 days apart, then the timing of ovulation cannot be predicted with accuracy. Proceed with caution and if you have symptoms of pregnancy suggest you do a pregnancy test should you miss your next expected period.

Oh Yeah Man!: We discovered that my wife was a "double" ovulator...nearly 10 years after our last child...which explains why we had 4 children in 5 years and why I (The Doctor) was so bad at predicting her SAFE times. I had a very sore shoulder every time she got pregnant
