Preg test/pelvic: If sexually active, please check first AM urine with a store-bought pregnancy test-best yield 10-11 days after last period, but may be positive now. If not pregnant, the usual reason is dyfunctional uterine bleeding from anovulatory cycle hormone changes that can happen also with stress and weight changes. Otherwise, it could be an infection, a polyp, or rarely cervical cancer. Need pelvic exam.
