when is the best time to use am ovulation test ie time of day? i have irregular periods currently there 56 days long is that normal. came off pill jan

Not needed : If your periods are 56 days apart then you are not ovulating or at least not ovulating consistently. An ovulation test is not going to be helpful since we know by your history ovulation is an issue. If you are wanting to get pregnant go ahead and see a doctor to discuss ovulation medication like clomid (clomiphene).
