Sore throat: There are many possible causes. Best to have your doctor check you for infection or perhaps post nasal drip from allergy.

Muscle tension : Many of your symptoms sound like muscle tension dysphonia. Too much muscle tension in the throat can cause all those symptoms as well as lump on the throat and hoarseness. An ENT can look in the throat with a scope to make sure all is well. You may need a speech therapist to help.

Get it evaluated: Though antibiotics aren't needed for respiratory viral infections, a sore throat may need immediate antibiotic therapy for streptococcal infections since it is contagious. Additionally, a healthcare professional can assess for other things such as postnasal drip, primary HIV infection, retropharyngeal abscess, and others, depending on the specifics of your case.
