Start slow: First off...Congrats on making the decision! keep realistic goals and start with low impact activities like swimming and walking. Keep a log of your activities including the amount of time and how you would rate yourself (was it easy or did you struggle). As your stamina and confidence increase, move on to increasing distance and time. If you can, find a buddy to exercise with!
