Start every day: Shift your thinking from "diet" to "healthy eating" in general. Diets don't work, but lifestyle change does. If you eat something not on your food plan, simply recognize this and consider other foods that might be healthier for you. Prepare by having the healthier ones on hand. Emotional eating can be addressed in psychotherapy & group support.
