Measuring errors: You have not shrunk 5 cm in a year. Possibly your true height is 182.5 & you were measured higher last year & less this year. Or, were you wearing shoes or sneakers last year & none this year. Maybe you were standing more erect last year &/or measuring device wasn't measuring flat. No reason to be concerned.
