Performance anxiety?: You may have some concerns about your performance, that manifest in shaking hands. Using any stimulants can make this worse -- so if drinking coffee, stop. Make sure you get consistent sleep & exercise, and are not excessively "wired" going into the lab. Breathing exercises can help; so can practicing mindfulness. You might see your doctor for an evaluation, and consider talk therapy too.

?familial tremor?: Heredofamilial or essential tremor occurs with arms raised, and stress exacerbates, calmness improves. Some pts suffer as a medication reaction (depakote), and others might possess hyperthyroidism. Meds do assist, and include beta blockers, sedatives and tranquilizers, and an older epilepsy drug, primidone. Some activities you can do to help have been listed by dr pappas, and suggest you try.
