Depends what you eat: If you eat a meal which is high in protein--meat, fish , chicken, dairy products, beans- and fiber--whole grains you will not be so hungry. When you eat processed foods, high in carbohydrates, it raises up you blood sugar which triggers release of lots of Insulin and makes you hungry. Do not eat processed foods or drink juice or soda eat protein and vegetables and you will not be so hungry.

Because: You're overweight and Insulin resistant, which is a medical trend that will commonly end with the development of diabetes later in life. You are also probably used to eating when you are nervous, anxious or depressed. Instead of eating at these time, get some exercise or a hobby. Eat less and exercise more to make your future healthier and safer.
