Moderation yes: Excessive no , adds lots of calories , depletes badly needed calcium from bone, causes bloating , also increases incidence of miscarriage , sodas ( coke etc ) has other harmful chemicals.

Sure: No reason a pregnant woman can't have carbonated drinks. Just make sure it doesn't aggravate symptoms like heartburn. And more than anything, be cautious with the sugar content of carbonated beverages. I always counsel women to avoid diet sodas as well.
