Likely psychological: Spontaneous leakage of cerebrospinal fluid is uncommon unless it happens after a spinal tap. Or there could be an abscess or cyst draining in your back which you don't see. Have someone check your back or see your dr for reassurance. Come visit las vegas and walk for miles on the strip. This may help u lose weight. But then, watch out for the cheap buffets! take care!
