Maybe: If you have this it is a problem waiting to go bad. I would seek out a head & neck surgeon (ENT) to schedule an elective exploration & take down of the cleft & its connections. At any time it could trigger an infection in your neck that would need an emergency procedure. The best results come when it is not inflamed.
