Are there some genetic reasons i get sinusitis off and on?

Maybe: There are genetic defects that can lead to immunodeficiencies for example, that can present with recurrent sinus infections. Usually these diseases will also present with recurrent ear and lung infections. It's not until patients describe 4 or more episodes in one year, that i would consider this diagnosis.
