Are there some genetic reasons i get sinusitis off and on?

Maybe: There are genetic defects that can lead to immunodeficiencies for example, that can present with recurrent sinus infections. Usually these diseases will also present with recurrent ear and lung infections. It's not until patients describe 4 or more episodes in one year, that i would consider this diagnosis.

Yes: Underlying Insulin production or resistance issues may be genetic and are easily identified and treated but there are nonn gentetic reasons as well such as diet and physical activityif the hyopoglycemia is on and off keep a diary of what you ate prior to the episode and what your physical activty was, identify a pattern it sounds more related to something you are doing rather than genetic.
