Sinus treatment: Recurrent sinusitis can cause recurrent upper mouth pain, so can a small recurring ulcer in the mouth. Try an antiseptic mouth wash and a Neti pot or sinus rinse bottle to irrigate out your sinus.

Sore palate: Possible causes are sinusitis, periodontal disease, and/or abscessed tooth. All three are infections that deserve further investigation. Please see your Dentist and your Physician for examinations to begin the diagnostic process. Specialist referrals may be indicated.
