Prerhaps: Because of a metanalysis of several small studies published in a british medical journal last year suggesting an increased risk of heart attacks the national osteoporosis foundation suggests that as much calcium as is needed be taken from calcium rich foods rather than supplements. Ask her doctor for one of the nof handouts.
