What should i expect seeing an allergist?

History & skin test: A detailed history paying particular attention to the environmental and occupational exposure will be the first thing. This will be followed by a focused physical exam. Lung function tests may be obtained if you have respiratory problem. A chest ct and/or sinus ct may be ordered. Allergy skin testing will likely be ordered to pinpoint your allergies. Blood tests are less dependable.
