As necessary: If your allergy symptoms are uncomfortable and/or interfere with your routine activities, you could try OTC's like Claritin, (loratadine) Zyrtec or Allegra 1st.. If they aren't effective, see a primary care doc for prescription meds and advice. If that's not effect, then see an allergist or ENT. On the other hand, if your allergies are severe (hives/ anaphylaxis/swelling of the throat) seek immediate care!
