Take Action: Feeling depressed is awful. That is the bad news. The good news is that it is treatable. Encourage you to see a behavioral health provider in your area. A psychologist would be ideal. Cognitive behavioral therapy is an effective way to address depressive symptoms. Sometimes psychotropic medications may be indicated (from your doctor or a psychiatrist). Exercise more. Keep a healthy diet. Take care.
