See doctor: Getting a checkup with your primary care doctor would be a good start. If by "sick" you mean nauseated, depression alone does not usually cause this. It can interfere with sleep, appetite, and energy, and cause sad and/or irritable mood -- and in more severe cases, paranoia and hallucinations. Your family doctor can evaluate the "sick" feeling, and may also want you to work with a psychiatrist.
