Pain &depression.: in my opinion you might benefit from talking to your prescribing professional about a trial of Cymbalta (duloxetine) as it is the only antidepressant that I know of that is approved by the FDA for the treatment of major depression, fibromyalgia, anxiety, diabetic neuropathy and chronic pain. I might also suggest that you might benefit from a consult with a pain management specialist in your area.
