No: Alcohol is a drug that alters your perception. It has very bad long term effects on your health and is often mentioned as a "crutch" to ignore problems. Your feelings need to be explored, either with friends, or with a therapist. Please don't just open a bottle and try to drown the problem.

Bad solution.: You can find help with this emotional pain through appropriate channels, such as support groups or individual counseling/therapy. Drinking, or drugs, or gambling, or anything else like this would not be a good solution.
