Psychiatric intake: In a psychiatric intake, you will be asked to describe emotional, cognitive, physical, and functioning difficulties you are having and have had. Other ?'s: past & current med/therapy treatments, harm to self/others, recent life events, drugs/etoh use, hospitalizations, physical illnesses, drug allergies, medications, family history of any illnesses, and your life experiences & exposures.
