Just want to know how to properly treat a cut. i put a band aid and neosporin on it any chance of infection?

Treating a cut.: Neosporin is fine. However, studies have shown that cuts heal faster when they are covered. Covering the cut will keep bacteria away from the break in the skin and greatly reduces the risk for infection.

Hi doctors. I have an oddball question. If I put Neosporin on a wound and then use a plain band aid..usually fine. If however, I use the band aid with the Neosporin already applied to the band aid..not as soothing. Is this odd? Do you have any ideas
