AMAZING!: If you drink enough water to make yourself sick that's bad - usually - unless you wanted to make yourself sick. If you'd like some water with a meal, ok. I really don't know why you ask unless someone else has a very firm opinion. If so, ask why. The answer may not be accurate but willprobably be interesting.

Water with meal.: Drinking water with your meal can keep you hydrated and assist with digestion. As well, the water will fill your stomach a bit; you'll tend to eat less food per meal, which is helpful for those trying to lose weight.
