No: It is not bad to drink water with meals. If anything water is one of the best things to drink with a meal. The only way drinking water would be bad with a meal is if you are drinking far too much such as over 3 -4 quarts a day depending on activity. This might cause you to lose too much sodium. Otherwise it is a good idea to some drink water with all your meals.
