Hospital: Yes, you can end up in the hospital if you dont treat strep and you develop sequalae such as rheumatic fever, glomerulonephritis or chorea.And yes, strep can cause nausea and make you tired.

Strep throat: It is impossible to tell you whether or not your symptoms are related to strep throat without seeing you. On the other hand, untreated it can lead to acute rheumatic fever (although less likely at your age), and this is a very bad condition. Treat it.

Strep throat: Yes, all of these are symptoms you might suffer. It is rare today to end up in hospital with strep, but those are the more severe infections. Any infection can cause you to be tired and have nausea. The most common symptoms of strep throat include bad breath, fatigue and fever. Some will develop enlarged lymph nodes in the neck right in front of the large muscles in the neck that turn head.
