Can i walk on a nondidplaced calcaneus fracture after 5 weeks? there was never any swelling and there's no pain.

No: Not advisable at this time. Please see your surgeon for timetable on walking. Fracture healing takes a while and although you may not have pain, that's not a definitive indicator to bear weight. Hope this answers your question and good luck!

Usually.....: 5 weeks is usually enough time to heal a non-displaced calcaneal fracture. Ask the doctor who provided your diagnosis, get a follow-up x-ray and then you'll be sure.
