: I guess you had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Usually, there is an incision next to the navel with the procedure. I think you have the residual pain from that surgical wound although it has healed well. If you hold that area at the scar during a motion and you have less pain it is likely the culprit although the area is completely normal.
