2 months on&off belly button pain&pressure. around 3 on pain level. usually feel the pain when i bend over, stretch or get up from bed or chair. had gall bladder removal surgery 8 months ago don't know if it's correlated. no redness or bulge. why?

I guess you had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Usually, there is an incision next to the navel with the procedure. I think you have the residual pain from that surgical wound although it has healed well. If you hold that area at the scar during a motion and you have less pain it is likely the culprit although the area is completely normal.
