Yes , : Post operative adhesions or scar tissue can cause your symptoms, how ever you need to be investigated for other causes , before concluding is due to adhesions, see your doctor.

Unlikely: You may have recurrent stones in the common bile duct or pain maybe do to stomach ulcer or reflux. Need to see doctor for medical work up.
