Annoying ache in upper left breast.not like a lump just comes on. pain is 0-1. no short breath, no smoking/coughing ? lung related? serious? cancer?

Here are few possibl: This is unlikely to be anything like cancer. So i would not worry or get anxious about it. You can either get a medical check up and have your doctor check you. A chest x-ray would assure that your lungs are ok. But i would only do this if the pain persists for >3/4 weeks or if it gets worse on breathing or on coughing. You can easily watch it for 1-2 more weeks and see if tylenol (acetaminophen) can stop it.
