Why i feel chest tightness after smoking?i am 20 years old and i smoke for 1.5 year.today i felt chest aches close to left lungs nd shortness of breathing just after smoking.is it lungs cancer? should i be worried? no family history of lungs cancer?

Anytime you smoke you are subject to developing lung cancer and or oral cancer. At 20 years of age if you keep this habit you will develop future problems. Have yourself examined now for your symptoms and try chewing sugarless gum.
