PRP unreliable data: Although it's popular, the prp injections may not do any benefit. For other treatments, ultrasound therapy, shockwave therapy, continued physical therapy all provide some relief. Lastly, removal of spur and tendon repair is an option if chronically painful without relief. Hope this helps. Good luck.

If all else: Fails. You can have surgery to fix the problem but only as last resort. Try physical therapy, NSAID and resting to reduce inflammation.
