I was told i have a low cervix. i see cervix its almost out of the vigina. is low cervix the same as uterus prolapse? obgyn doesn't seem worried and says its common. google says rare and high risk. no lifting was the only thing she siad. normal?

Common after child: bearing. It can worsen, requiring surgery. At menopause, when hormone levels drop, it can become much worse.
