With norovirus i vomit every 30 mins-1 hour for about 8 hours then it stops. Is that normal or can it last a lot longer?

Stomach virus or vaccine reaction? Several hours after I got a TDAP shot I experienced nausea, vomited twice, and felt so tired and dizzy that I had to spend over 24 hours in bed. Could it have been the vaccine? Or does this sound more like a virus?
