Exposed to the stomach flu 1 week ago. then exposed again 4 days ago but he had not vomited in 3 1/2 days but had ear infection & temp. i started with nausea 12 hours ago & vomited 8 hours ago. nausea continues &temp 100.3. does it sound like flu?

The fever does suggest that you have an intestinal viral infection and, if so, diarrhea will follow. Rest up,drink lots of room temperature fluids,flat ginger ale helps settle stomach. Broths & saltine crackers are good to eat at first. Tylenol for fever r aches & pains. These infections usually resolve in a few days.
