Stomach virus or vaccine reaction? several hours after i got a tdap shot i experienced nausea, vomited twice, and felt so tired and dizzy that i had to spend over 24 hours in bed. could it have been the vaccine? or does this sound more like a virus?

It could be either a vaccine side effect or a viral infection. If it went away completely in 24 hours, it is more likely a vaccine side effect. A typical viral infection will take longer than that for you to feel completely better. However, you may never know which it is. Glad you are feeling better! Good luck!
