Not enough fiber: Constipation is due to a number of issues, one of which is unhealthy diet. It's not so much the crackers, corn chips & dry crispy things, but rather the lack of fiber & fluids (plus lack of adequate physical activity). An under active thyroid can also cause constipation so if you're still constipated after improving your lifestyle, go see your family doc for simple testing. Good luck!
