Hello doctor, im a 18 yrs old boy.i have constipation for a long time and now it hurts a lot when i try to get the waste out of my rectum!

Constipation: Chronic constipation could be a sign of an underlying colon motility/neurological problem. Have u tried routine remedies for constipation? U should see a gastroenterologist & get checked for any other underlying problems. If u find none it is good. Then u can try high fiber diet&miralax alongwith mineral oil at the beginning to facilitate the passage of hard stools.
