Can an endoscopy also detect dyspepsia? also what meds work with it and what foods should be avoided?

Detect causes: Dyspepsia is a symptom generally described as upper abdominal discomfort. An endoscopy can diagnose different causes of it i.e. Gastritis, ulcers, h. Pylori infection. Typical treatment is acid suppression with an h2-blocker or proton pump inhibitor. A bland diet would make the most sense with these type of symptoms

Hello doctor, I am feeling pain in my upper abdomen, mid of rib cage. Last month I was diagnosed for endoscopy, they find nothing only mild dyspepsia.
15 days ago Dr said I've dyspepsia. I'm taking med and 40-50% better but still I'm feeling discomfort in stomach, nausea, and burping. I never ate fast food, tea/coffee, soda drinks, and never smoked. When will I recover? Why happening to me? Worried?
