Probably normal: But the only way to know for sure is to have your own dentist take a look. They are most likely taste buds. As we can't actually see what you see, it's impossible to tell you.

Most likely normal: There normally are red bumps in the area that you describe, so this may be a normal condition. But if you have pain, fever, or other symptoms of being sick or are concerned about this you should see a dentist and have this checked. Since we can't see you , please have it checked if you are concerned.
